At WakeMeTM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
